At A1 Lock and Safe, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

  • Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    • Installed or used locks and hardware.

    • Opened or installed safes.

    • Security cameras or electronic devices that have been opened, installed, or registered.

    • Custom or special-order items.


2. Return Process

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship your return.

  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., missing parts, damaged, or installed), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.


4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Warranties

  • Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product packaging or manufacturer’s website for details.
