1. What products do you sell?
We specialize in ULTRALOQ smart locks, accessories, and smart security cameras. Our most popular products include the Latch 5 NFC, Latch 5 Fingerprint with WiFi, U-Bolt Series WiFi Deadbolts, and Ulticam smart cameras.
2. Do the smart locks work with both iOS and Android?
Yes. All ULTRALOQ smart locks can be controlled through the ULTRALOQ mobile app, available for both iOS and Android devices.
3. How do I install a smart lock?
Most of our locks are designed for DIY installation and fit standard U.S. doors. We also provide step-by-step installation guides and video tutorials under our Support section.
4. Do the locks require WiFi?

Latch 5 NFC: Works with NFC tags, Bluetooth, and key codes (WiFi not required).

5. What backup options do I have if my phone dies or WiFi is down?
All ULTRALOQ locks come with backup keys and/or emergency power options (like using a power bank). NFC tags and fingerprint access also provide alternative unlocking methods.
6. What is your shipping policy?
We ship nationwide within the U.S.. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days depending on your location.
7. Do you offer returns or warranty?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy on unused products and honor the ULTRALOQ manufacturer’s warranty(typically 18 months to 2 years, depending on the product).
8. Do the smart locks work with Airbnb or rental properties?
Yes. ULTRALOQ locks are Airbnb-friendly, allowing you to create and share temporary codes or grant access remotely to guests, cleaners, and maintenance workers.
9. Can I integrate ULTRALOQ locks with Alexa, Google Home, or Apple HomeKit?

WiFi-enabled models (like the U-Bolt Pro WiFi and Latch 5 Fingerprint WiFi) work with Alexa and Google Assistant.
