ULTRALOQ Smart Locks Warranty

  • Coverage Period: 18 months – 2 years (depending on the model).

  • What’s Covered:

    • Mechanical parts

    • Electronic components (circuit boards, sensors, WiFi modules)

    • Factory defects and workmanship issues

  • What’s Not Covered:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)

    • Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification

    • Lost keys, NFC tags, or accessories


ULTRALOQ Security Cameras Warranty

  • Coverage Period: 1 year limited warranty.

  • What’s Covered:

    • Camera lens and electronics

    • Connectivity issues caused by hardware defects

  • What’s Not Covered:

    • Physical damage from accidents or weather outside rated conditions

    • Unauthorized repairs or alterations


How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Locate your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

  2. Gather product details: model, serial number, and a description of the issue.

  4. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return.
